The server was having a bad day at work today.  It would go out and then come back on for a few minutes, just to go out again. So, I spent the better part of my 8 hour day hitting the refresh button.  There are not many things more annoying then spending an entire day trying to fix server connections.

 A huge storm popped up out of no where and knocked out the power to almost the entire city.  Luckily, we had just enough candles to recreate Sam and Zach's wedding and light the apartment!

I had to attend a fire safety training course for grad school.  It was actually pretty cool and really informative.  We got to end the class by putting out a virtual fire. I managed to extinguish my flame in 4.3 seconds- the second best time in the class!

 I have been dying to puzzle for a few weeks.  This wonderful box of four puzzles was only $12! And, I'm going to make some of them into pictures when I'm done!

So, we may have an obsession with our animals. Or we may just be weird.  But, we decided to put each animal in their own frame with a funny background.  We are still waiting to get a family picture to put in the middle frame.

We bought a fish tank stand on craigslist.  It was a boring black color and desperately needed a face lift.  So, we spent most of Monday sanding it to get ready for painting.

PJ's mom invited us to an outdoor piano concert.  Our table theme was Hawaiian.  Unfortunately, our table didn't win, but I was able to impress PJ with the amount of 80's songs that I know.

PJ and I are both very indecisive, especially when it comes to meals.  So, we decided to make a meal jar.  We just have to pick meals out in advance and never have to make a decision again.  Please send me your favorite meals, we need about 75 more to use up all of our popsicle sticks. :)

 I spent a majority of Saturday cooking meals to freeze for the weeks.  It was exhausting.  But four lasagnas, one pot roast, and taco meat later, it was worth it!

We took a horse farm tour.  I suggested we take a selfie on the bus.  Dad corrected me saying it was technically a 'groupie' since there were more than one person in it.  So, here's our groupie from the back of the bus!
